Information is used to answer enquiries, manage reservations and prepare quotes, as pre-contractual measures and to provide the requested service. Technical logs support website security under legitimate interests. No automatic marketing subscription is created.
Recipients
The restaurant team and necessary hosting and email service providers. The providers and processing locations must be confirmed before launch. Personal information is not sold or rented.
Retention
The source website specifies up to three years from the last contact for enquiries. This period and any legal retention requirements for contractual records must be validated before automatic deletion is enabled.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing hello@thefeelpub.fr. Requests are answered within GDPR time limits. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
